Sites like reddit, quora etc flourishes from these type of posts. People ask questions on different subjects and gets multiple helpful answers which in turn helps everybody and boosts the SEO of the site. Why are such qa type posts not endorsed here?

Questions and answers by steemit users on the blockchain tend to be posted on musing.io. There was also stemq.io for science and technology questions but that is now defunct.
