thanks for all the info.. until this moment i havent had any idea what a "whale" is and how these upvoting-systems work. i saw a lot of accounts that follow 10k + people with no posts made in january. are these accounts somehow monitored? it seems that they offer upvoting for payment.. maybe there should be also a blacklist somwhere for that.
