I`m new to steemit and read first time about this issue. But as i can see, some make really a lot of money with single posts, some not. Thought this was all in good balance and comes automatic with time? Now i read about imbalance and bots?

All social networks have problems like this, including Facebook, Reddit, Twitter, etc... users don't really care too much when it happens on those networks. The difference here on steemit.com is that real $$$ is involved, so when a users takes advantage of the system at this scale they are basically stealing money from all the other users, because the money he is getting for his useless posts would have been divided up among others.
