I think these would be the main issues and I probably wouldn't want to see both the disccused type of "dissenting comments" and flags at the same time.

Other than that, I think it's a refreshing input to this discussion. Although I still think getting a downvote button rather than (or to compliment) the "flag" would be the better way.
