RE: Can Steemit Discover My Real Identity? - Day 0

in #steem7 years ago

I totaly understand the problem with spam comments. But if somebody has the right answer, He/she is right.
Maybe if you limit the amount of guesses. Like 10 per day for names and 10 for questions. It will be more structured. They can choose between these 10 questions, highest will win. And if the name is correct, but it will take time, then it is one out of 10 but still the right.
Other questions and guesses will be ignored/deleted? So nobody has to read tons of comments.

I hope I could help, the idea is good 😊
Good luck

I think it would be a bit unfair to him to answer 10 questions a day, maybe something like 3, but names should have a high number, such as 15 - 20. The reasoning is that you can formulate questions that cover large areas, but names are very specific. Too many questions a day narrows him down too quickly

Yes i know, that's why I wrote 10 questions per day to ask and they can vote for and the highest voted will be answered.😉

So we meant the same😊

Have a nice day.

These are all good suggestions, thank you for your input. Based on your feedback I have updated the rules (edited in the above post and will be referenced in today's post).

To summarize though, each day I will respond to highest voted question AND the top 3 highest voted name guesses. I gave it some thought, and I think it makes sense to try to number of name guesses allowed per day to some function of the number of followers.

10, for now at least since we don't know if this will grow even, is a bit much. This account doesn't even have 10 followers.
