Pls how does this really workThanks @steemladder for the warm welcome. I have a question, I have noticed that some post gets alot of upvote but with little SBD while others have little upvote with high SBD on it.

It is not just the number of votes that matter. If a user with very high Steem Power upvotes, that will translate to a higher turn out for you. Hope that helps.
