Looking into this ICO in depth:
- Must register as KYC with MANY different requirements including passport copy, selfie with passport and utility bill, depending on investment level.
- Min $5000 USD investment for this current round starting Mar 28th.
- Many different crypto-currencies may be invested in APPICS including LTC, BTC, and ETH.
- EC-20 style ETH wallet required to register a smart contract ICO (typical ICO pattern lately)

I think that this is good project if they can develop a good mobile app like instagram.I'm following this project from starting ..i couldn't get a chance to buy appics token in pre ico sale because all token sold in just 20 minutes.. personally i will definitely buy some tokens of it.. As it is giving rewards for what you upload and that too 65%to the author,and that is definitely great rather than jusy surfing for hours without getting a single penny.. also it will help remove the gap between a normal socal media person and one who in in crypto thing

A closer observation which I made and datas I was able to gather from my research shows that after every big Ico's the crypto market experience a fall

this makes sense to me, but I'm not sure it's easy to expect a given outcome as the markets are also simply exploited for large trader's desires I imagine.

And I do not believe there will be an air-drop from VICE, as of this time they have withdrawn that offer (which I find highly discouraging).

I can see @phunke has done a great research for you. Very valuable information. Minimum $5k is a lot though. However, I can see they don’t play games. High identification requirements and high minimum investment requirements as well.
