I am not really surprised. Anyone who wanted to sell would have sold by now. Holders of STEEM are for the long term. If all holders decided not to sell one single STEEM it would be at $2.80 in a flash..!! Stephen

I see where you are coming from, but let me state why I think the way I do, just so you see where I am coming from, even if you disagree:
Lets say a country had a currency. That country decided it was going to increase its currently by 100% a year, as it expects more citizens in the coming years and will need to increase the amount of its currency. Without giving any other facts, would you expect a single unit of that currency to go up or down?
I love steemit, but I had expected the steem value to necessarily go down in the long term, even as I enjoy the service.
