We want to create more minnows, but you will not get there by powering down. We want people to show they believe in the platform by committing to stick with it. If you need the money right now then that is fair enough, but it is not what the project is about.

Also isn' t it better define this Project as banking Project rather than make a minnow project?
That depends on your definitions. We do want people to invest (time and/or money) in Steem to make it better. My primary initial aim is to increase the number of minnow accounts by helping people to help themselves. More invested accounts will spread the voting power. I think mostly in terms of people rather than money.
