If you have built up some SBD from your posts then you may want to consider trading them for Steem on the internal market. The Steem price is back up over a dollar, but the SBD price up even more.
I was just able to buy about 47 steem for 26 SBD. I've powered it up of course. It's likely efforts will be made to get SBD back down, so take advantage of this whilst you can.

O man, we would have doubled our steem but who could have known that a currency backed by the main currency will go higher in price? That's weird!

I was awake when it happened but missed the sbd part since it never changed much so I didn't pay attention to it.
It's just the market playing up. Probably don't realise sbd is supposed to be pegged

I was just thinking about the same. But I'm more curious to find out what caused that quite a huge jump of SBD in past 24 hours. We have already seen an even more insane jump of SBD in May this year when for the short moment the price of SBD jumped even to $22. So, I would really like to know what is going on behind the scene.
I think it's just some market craziness. I heard a Korean exchange started trading Steem. Things will settle down, but we can take advantage for now

Indeed, I woke up and straight away sold all SBD I had - wished I wold have saved more of them - will do now for the next pump :-)
Exactly the same happened to me. Now I'm sorry that I didn't set even lower price than I did. - lol -
