Hey Kevin: Another general Steemit-wide thought is that if more whales make a concerted effort to build dolphins with their manual or auto votes, the entire Steemit ecosystem will improve, and more rewards will come back to those benefactors. Dolphins then take care of the minnows. It's the good type of circle...
More often than not, most sizable votes are sporadic and random. It's hit or miss, mainly by luck, than merit. Tons of solid authors are overlooked and give up. The system shouldn't be such a grind if it's supposed to be something the world adopts.
It's like giving someone a fish for a day instead. They'll eat well and then be back where they started. Everyone is learning how to fish for themselves, but there's nothing to catch. We need more help.
Yea the proposal i've been talking about seeks to be the solution.
