SteemDragon 见证人竞选宣言

Steem区块链上目前发生了许多的事情，SteemDragon是中国地区最早的Steem社区，也是Steem生态中最活跃的社区之一，之前我们一直都是作为社区成员来一同见证Steem社区的成长，虽然从未作为见证人参与过治理，但是一直在认真的行使着自己的投票权。

最为最早持有Steemit的人群，近期Steem发生的事情让我们非常担忧与震惊，现有的某些见证人滥用权力，罔顾社区利益，这已经违背了Steem的精神与宗旨，于是我们决定跳出舒适圈，从投票者的身份变成见证人，来维护社区的和平治理，维护社区利益。

1、什么是SteemDragon

SteemDragon是发源于中国的Steem社区，从Steem区块链诞生起就一直活跃在中文的各大社交平台，例如简述、百度贴吧、微信群、天涯社区、豆瓣小组以及其他社交媒体，通过这些社交媒体来宣传推广Steem，为Steem社区提供了许多优秀的中文文章，也有诸多开发者受到我们的影响，成为Steem的开发者，为Steem Dapp的发展提供助力。

2、SteemDragon为什么要成为见证人

1. 代表中国地区Steem用户参与社区治理
2. 我们拥有可以为Steem区块链开发提供帮助的卓越工程师
3. 我们作为持币者并不满意当前持币大户控制Steem社区，我们不得不站出来为Steem建立一个真正民主公平的去中心化内容社区

3、我们对于当前Steem现状的态度

1. 需要重新选举见证人
   当前的见证人已经不能够代表广大Steemit持币者的利益，多为寡头垄断，社区需要重新开启选举，选出真正能为社区带来有效建议与发展的见证人。
2. 接受波场TRON的投资
   当前的Steem社区已经不复当年，正在萎缩与下滑，此时接受波场TRON的改造是一个好时机，美股在2020年已经经历了2次熔断，全世界的股指都在暴跌，比特币和整个区块链社区都未能幸免，市值都在加剧萎缩，如果没有资金雄厚的波场TRON的帮助，我们并不能保证，下一次区块链复苏的浪潮中，Steem是否还继续存在。
   而且从生态的规模上，我们不得不承认，波场TRON完全领先于Steem，可以最大程度的维护Steem社区用户的利益。

4、我们的承诺

1. 我们承诺，SteemDragon将不会用手中的代币封锁任何人的数字资产。
2. 我们承诺，SteemDragon将完全遵守社区的意愿，以社区利益为决策的首要条件，不会成为任何寡头的代言人，让社区合理治理。
3. 我们承诺，如若后续会产生Staking的投票收益，我们将会完全发放给为我们投票的社区用户。
4. 我们承诺，将全身心投入Steem社区的推广当中，将Steem当作终生事业而奋斗。

A lot is happening on Steem blockchain at this moment. SteemDragon, as the earliest and one of the most active Steem communities in China, had long witnessed the progress of Steem. Although we never executed our rights to govern, we've been practicing our voting rights from the beginning.
As a group of early Steemit holders, we are astounded and concerned about recent incidents involving Steem blockchain. Some witnesses abused their power, disregarded the interests of the community, and went against the mission and spirit of Steem, which is why we have decided to step out of our comfort zone, turn ourselves from voter to witness in order to safeguard the peaceful maintenance as well as the interests of the community.

1. What is SteemDragon?

SteemDragon is a Steem community-based in China and has remained active on all major Chinese social media channels such as Jianshu, Baidu Tieba, Wechat groups, Tianya group, and Douban group since the founding of Steem blockchain. Steemdragon used these channels to promote Steem, providing well-written Chinese promotional articles and attracted many developers who aided the development of Steem DApps.

2. Why does SteemDragon want to become a witness?

1. Participate in community governance on behalf of Steem users in China
2. We possess the engineering talent that can be a help to Steem blockchain development
3. As token holders, we are not content with the current ownership profile of Steem community, which is dominated by whale users. We must stand up and build a truly fair, democratic and decentralized content community for Steem.

3. Our requests

1. Re-elect witnesses
   Incumbent witnesses can no longer represent the interests of Steemit holders. Oligopolies have plagued the community, and we need re-election to select witnesses who can provide constructive feedback and bring about substantial growth for the community.
2. Accept investment from TRON
   The current Steem community is no longer the community we knew- It is declining and shrinking. Now it's the right time to accept aid from TRON. The American stock market has triggered the circuit breaker twice in 2020. Stock indexes around the world are plummeting. Bitcoin and the blockchain community are no exception. Everywhere you look, market cap is shrinking. Without the financial aid from TRON, we cannot promise that Steem will still be able to be there to witness the next Renaissance of the blockchain industry.
   Meanwhile, we have to admit that TRON is far superior to Steem in terms of the scale of the ecosystem, and they have the ability to safeguard the interests of Steem users.

4. Our commitment

1. SteemDragon will not use its tokens to freeze anyone's digital assets.
2. SteemDragon will fully respect the will of the community. The interest of the community will be the prerequisite for any future decisions. We will not become the spokesperson of any oligarchs- the community will govern the network with reasonable measures.
3. Any future dividend from Staking will be 100% distributed to our voters in the community.
4. SteemDragon will be fully committed to the promotion of Steem and consider Steem a life-long cause to fight for.
