thats great and all, but the constant and ongoing "maintainence" there is troubling. Theyve disabled wallets once again, stranding investors, with no announcement and no ETA for resolution.

I did see that. Does that happen often? Updating their systems?

its happened several times over the past couple weeks. my personal experience with them has been terrible. theyve posted here before that its to be expected for transactions to just "get lost" and that it happens all the time in btc (which isnt true)... Now that the wallets are down, im sincerely regretting the fact that i procrastinated wrt taking out my money.
