I'm preparing a small campaign in Leicester (about 300k population) leading to an event in Spring to promote steem. Working with @oracle-d, I have a way to help people quickly get new accounts. What I'm not sure about is the situation regarding Resource Credits, whether they are still an issue for new users and, if they are, what we can do about it?
