I can't believe I missed this post until now! Excellent boot up sequence. I have read be several health gurus that positive routine is the key to wellness and longevity. You have great discipline! I have a similar routine. I can't tell you how many chin ups I have done in the last year, but I love them.

Putting your phone in airplane mode is probably healthy from a radiation perspective too.
