I'm from Nigeria, Port Harcourt city to be precise, here in the University of Port Harcourt, part tuition fee for a session is about 50USD.

With 50USD, an undergraduate in Nigeria can be sent back to school with part tuition fee paid, this can send one back to class room.

If I receive 50USD in 5days, I will invest the money on promotions, I will get others on board, so they can blog and develop themselves while earning too to improve their standard of living.
