5 / post that are without interest or very short
6 / Ask people to give you upvote
7/There are some people who do not put a source of information

I do not agree with #4 - commenting without upvoting. Today is only my 8th day and I am still recovering from upvoting too much before knowing the rules. Each vote will drain 2% from your voting power - SP. Your voting power is regenerated at 20% per day. Simple calculation says that we all get to vote 10 times each day or we will drain out voting power to very low levels. I am still recovering - almost back to 60% now. So, I'll need two more days of not upvoting or many more days if I upvote.
Yes, I agree with you completely but I am the most special in my words people who do not upvot any post whether they like them or not
