Great post! I like the comparison with the internet. I didn't think of it before reading the book of Andreas Antonopoulos. He compared crypto and internet in the same way. He also say that at the beginning of internet only few people believed him when he said this thing will change the world. This is exactly what happens with crypto now. A lot of people don't believe it will change the world but I'm sure it will sooner than we think!
