Awakening the Apparent Dead Steemian

Hi Steemian, how are you? Hopefully always healthy and creative work.
Steem as a platform has its own charm. The advantage of other platforms is that with Steem, first blockchain base through sharing dapp which can be used as a battering ground for social media users. The breakthrough done is to make rewards that can be converted into fiat money.
I still remember in 2017 the value of STeem was in a very good position. The growth of new accounts and the number of posts is very much. The passion for social media through Steem is so intense.
Various meetups activities and other charities are also carried out in various regions. In Indonesia, I see stretching meetups and Steem promotions so intense. That also introduced STeem to me, and I joined STeem.

Apparent Death

However, along with the declining price of Bitcoin which was also followed by a drop in the value of STeem, many Steemians began to reduce their activities. The number of new posts also decreases when compared to the high Steem prices. New account growth also feels increasingly sluggish and slow. Many Steemians lay down and didn't post. Many also began to disappear from circulation and may be they leave Steem.
All of this certainly has a cause. One of them is their overly high expectations about Steem as a source of income. As a result they always see posting as a way to make money. Whereas reward in Steem is valued in terms of SBD, Steem and Steem Power. The influence of the low price of Steem makes many Steemians feel despair and choose to leave Steem, or at least it can be said to be apparent death.
To re-excite Steem, of course there must be a more focused effort. Efforts to support STeem for all STeemians must continue. Some things we need to do are:
1. Continue to promote
Steem promotion must continue to be done. We can use other social media. Media with large users can be a place to promote Steem. Like we know Facebook, Twitter and other users are very large. Good promotion is expected to make STeem better known. If it becomes more well-known, there will be more and more new Steemian recruits.

2. Promoting the Ambassador Steem
The need for STeem ambassadors or leaders who can move people to join and use STeem. This can further make Steem applied by people in various parts of the world. There are currently initiatives from @pennsif, @communityaction to make Steem Outreach Program. For further information you can read his post.
Steem Outreach Program : Regional Leaders - applications invited

3. Build Steemian awareness.
many Steemians only see Steem as a commodity valued with some money. And if we think clearly and see from the other side it will be a little different. We need to see Steem as a pure Steem. As said by @xpilar

Another important thing is not to look at price alone, because it can cause many to despair. But rather look at pure steem reward and not the price of steem. For the reward pool, pay out as much Steem / steempower full time. This is where they should think about building their strength with a reward from the pool. See the number of steem / steempower growing on the wallet and do not measure it in US dollars.
One day it becomes like having a bonus pot and having the power to vote for others. Too many people take out the little that comes in profit and do not see that they are also lowering the price down along with the big ones selling out. (many many small amounts collectively become large amounts)
The first thing they need to learn is to save SP and get to know others by commenting over time, building trust. It also means that it can get upvote eventually on both comments and posts

4. Need investors.
Steem needs to get more investors so that it will make Steem excited again. If a lot of investors enter and will boost the value of STeem. Of course there are many challenges that must be faced to make investors want to put their capital into STeem.
Thus my writing this time may be useful.

Thank you for reading my post. I hope you enjoy it.
