Steemit is like life: what you put in, you get out.

In computing language: garbage in = garbage out.

YES, there will be some disappointed because their half-hearted posts don't make money. That's REALITY. The same people are likely to bitch & complain elsewhere because they don't feel they're getting what they're entitled to, instead of exercising the discipline to build some solid skill sets and create VALUE for others.

So be it.

The ones who GET IT and stick around are likely to realize the incentive for upping their game - and those who do take on a commitment will end up producing QUALITY content for the community, driving up the value of the site. This is PERFECT.

And hopefully, those who are banking can communicate well enough why they're successful in a way that others are inspired to elevate their standards for what they contribute to the community...
