There are a couple of reasons behind this one that a major portion of investers decided to cash out at the highest level so they could buy a high volume of bitcoins with steem as the prices recover, I saw an article recently that mentioned that about $13 billion were withdrawn in a week which led to crypto market crash, the reason why prices are hiking again is because of the recent ransomware attack again so the prices will recover plus a lot of newcomers are there in the cryptocurrency industry now, I am a newcomer as well so you can expect the prices to recover after we invest in the market.
