Do you really believe such events will have some effect on price?
A well coordinated event could push the price up a few cents over 24 hours! A slight rise can boost investor confidence, causing Steem to rise over the next few days. Steem is undervalued, so I would buy some Steem before tomorrow. I could see Steem at 1.10 or 1.15 by the end of the week.
What you should do, and what everybody else should do is Resteem this post. Whether you buy Steem or not, we're all invested in this platform, so promoting it all over the internet is a good idea. You got nothing to loose by mentioning Steem to other people.
