Beyond that too. Once the inflation rate drops to 0.95%, it will stay there. Not sure of the exact number, but in year 21 something like 6-7 million Steem tokens will be created.

Ah yes...that makes sense. So we will see 600M tokens creating with a declining inflation rate but then it continues at about 1% a year ongoing.
