Through post rewards. The new rules make it so that you are being paid only 7 days after you post. You'll receive Steem. Also I wrote you can buy some. Also maybe sometimes you'll receive only Steem Power and SBD for your post. You can also power down.
Why I havent received any Steem yet? (4th time)
I Have received many post rewards.. including SBD and Steem power BUT NO STEEM.

You're right. You only received SP and SBD for your posts.

But sometimes for some reasons you'll receive some Steem. I thought we always receive some Steem but I was wrong on that and stated so pretty early on. Also I don't work for Steemit inc. I'm here answering your questions because I feel like it.
