There should come an immediate and indefinite STOP of producing NEW STEEM.

Inflation rate : ZERO.

That would maybe cause them to pull their head out of their arses.

Most of them have completely lost contact with average Steemit creators and curators.

    That is a pretty radical idea. That is like declaring a state of emergency on Steem. I hope we haven't reached that stage yet.

    We would have a similar effect If every account 100% self-voted. There would be no incentive to create good content. Rewards and behaviour need to align, if this can be achieved we should see improvements.
