If so, you might be able to sell bitcoins in localbitcoins.

You'll need a localbitcoins and a bittrex account, then, the process will be this:

• Exchange your SBD to STEEM in the market
• Deposit your STEEM to your bittrex account.
• Exchange your STEEM to Bitcoin in bittrex.
• Withdraw your Bitcoins to your localbitcoins accout.
• Sell them.

It doesn't look too complicated, but a bitcoin transaction cost around $30USD, so it might not be viable.
