up voting is a bit difficult a have observed a lot big users some of them are very good. and some do not car at all. but on big payouts its a lot of comments and in there u have some very good one and and so much shit a dont blame the big boys to ignore the comments field. but its wrong a lot of the good commenting is leaving then a gess. but we as a community is feeding them the "god post" comments. am not sure but the we all Ned to start fagging them make t better. over time a think.
or just answer them no.

Well, there's plenty of crap in hot and trending, and if you look at it you won't see my vote there.
The problem, from my point of view, is that people vote on big guys to see if they vote back or take interest in them.
They vote out of greed, not because of the content, and as many people do it, the big guys get all that reward pool and laugh at the newbies who are there commenting to see if some scraps fall from their plate.
