You just have to go to your wallet and where it says Steem you pull down the dropdown and click transfer. Then you just type in who you want to send Steem to and how much.

but how do i reward the people who posted something ?
for example if i wanted to give something to your comment... how can i do that ?
You can upvote it and that will give me curation rewards. Otherwise you have to send me Steem from your wallet. Also, your Steem Power is what the value of your vote depends on, so the more Steem Power you have, the more your value is worth.

Also you don't get any rewards unless it shows at least 2 cents. I would suggest also doing a 50% 50% payout when you post to your blog.
