RE: HF 20 - lessons finally learned?

in #steem6 years ago

This red flag at the top of my screen irritates me. They tell us after! Not before, but after! They could have put up a red flag to all users before! Before would actually show an appreciation and respect for those not in the know.
I would not have run a contest where I am giving away 3 Steem. I really am giving it away without any gain, My hope is to gain interest, followers and participation. No I just give away the 3 Steem!

I would not have been so happy to see my VP at 100% and finally some mana on the plus side, as it was very negative for awhile. All because I have been active every single day on Steemit. Upvoting good content and encouraging other Steemians.
Then we get some posts from the top, claiming success and an all clear. One upvote sent me from 100% VP to 26%.

I would love to upvote this post, but I am concerned about a relapse.
THE RED FLAG BEFORE, NOT AFTER! The only descent thing to do, when you are putting up some code you have not sufficiently tested.

I have spent a bunch of time and energy trying to get people to join Steemit. Can’t remember at this very moment why.
