The government against the bitcoin issue had been a hot topic for the past few months and most of the countries are waiting for the decision either banned or regulated, but for sure the government can't Just takeover Bitcoin.
Bitcoin belong to the people around the world, after some time, seems like the government trying to regulate bitcoin, if this happen there will be problem and consequences might be alot more overwhelming
One of the problems we're surely gonna be faced with is anonymity. Once the bitcoin is regulated the government will want to keep track of everything and that's where privacy got evaded and secondly the system will be bias and the value of bitcoin will drop with time cos the government are like cancers they destroy everything they touch.
There are countries that has already made regulations on it and nothing happens to bitcoin I don't think anyone can stop bitcoin because its decentralize no one controls it and no one can.
Just take a look at some countries that has banned bitcoin, yet, nothing stop the people from acquiring it . They can simple buy / sell it through localbitcoins or even OTC just like many Chinese are doing right now. Not even government, central banks or the world bank can stop this revolution.
