Morality is basic for man to be succeccessful in life

In life time, we go through many situations which may take a way our morals that is the way we do things and behave in the places we are and at the new destination places we go, taking a flash back to a certain story of Jane after high school in Canada,...Jane, Immediately after high school graduation, she left her country to attend a University in Paris, France and then find a job, it was a dream come true, a new life.

However, she was soon overwhelmed by all the changes she faced, her first problem was figuring out the complicated metro system. everything was automated. there was no ticket office, no ticket staff and no way to ask a question. A system that she just couldn't figure out.

Feeling frustrated and sorry for herself, she thought. "i am a poor student. if anyone deserves a free ride, its me" so many times, she would ride the metro for free and think little of it..
After four years, she had a diploma from a prestigious school, she was filled with confidence sending out job applications. However, time and time again she was rejected, and gradually her confidence began to fade....Failure made her angry and disheartened.

At one point, after yet another rejection, she confronted the HR department for some answers. The director looked and said "we respect you very much". after the interview we were all very impressed by you, and your achievements. in fact, in terms of talent, you were the best we saw."
"so why did you not hire me?" she asked. "well, we checked your credit history and discovered that you have been fined three times." "i don't deny it, but just for that you are willing to give up on a talented person like me?" she replied perplexed. "we do not think this is a trivial matter. If it was just when you first arrived, that would be understandable, but it continued from there."
struggling to defend her self she said, "i was a student though, i didn't have any money and it was very complicated for me to understand the system."

"No, no, Miss, I cant accept your reason. I am sure before you were caught, you did this many times."
"How can you be so rigid? I can fix this," she replied

"unfortunately not miss, it proves two things to us. one is that you do not value rules. you took advantage of the gaps in the rules and used them. the second is that you cant be fully trusted. a lot of work in our company relies on trust to operate, so we cant hire you.
I am sure that in many other places, you will find the same."

By this time her anger had faded, she begun to understand, she was awakened and felt very regretful. what affected her the most were the directors last words to her
"morality can compensate for an intellectual shortage, but wisdom can never make up for a lack of morality."

Morality is the most basic expectation of man.
if you lack morals, no matter how accomplished you are, you will loose trust and support of others. to be successful in life you do not have to have money, riches and wealth,
all you need is empathy and a steal fast moral compass
