When we talking about overtraining the first came in mind it's: muscle stop growing. Poor sleep, always tired, lower metabolism and Testeserone, fat storing etc.. And that came after many factor..it can be the diet or the poor rest like lack of sleep etc... And the most common factor is the many fucking hours of the training session ... And that's causing muscle burning Lower metabolism. Up the cortisol hormone and lowering the gh and the testserone hormones and sometimes can causing some Serious fucking injury
