My Morning Vegan breakfast

This vegan breakfast recipe contains, oats, almond milk, bananas, strawberries, Chia seeds and cacao powder.

Here are the Ingredient :

  1. Fill the bowl to the top with oats.
  2. Add one tea spoon of cacao powder and mix it in.
  3. Add one banana (sliced).
  4. Add 5 strawberries (sliced).
  5. Add 2 tea spoons of chia seeds.

Health benefits :

  • Oats are rich in antioxidants.
  • Almond milk is rich in protein.
  • Bananas are rich in Potassium and Calcium.
  • Strawberries are rich in vitamin C.
  • Chia seeds are rich in omega 3 fatty acids .

Chia seeds comes form plant salvia Hispanica a member of mint family. They are excellent source of omega-3 fatty acid. Very healthy for you.
