That is fantastic news for STEEM, and the Steemit platform as a whole! It's great to see Steemit getting such traction on Binance- it is one of my favourite exchanges and now that I can buy and sell STEEM on it, I'll be using it some more.

Metcalfe's law should apply here, and lead to an increase in users of the currency, but we will have to see. I am currently putting together a new project which is an incubator for Steemit beginners, so I am looking to get some delegated SP for it. As well as that, I am putting together a marketing campaign for the platform, and I will now be able to use Binance for a very large, possibly untapper target audience. Great news!
