These programs that the people you have mention is changing peoples lives! Its actually quite amazing on what they are doing.
I hope minnow wont start to think that they need support like this to succeed or need SP handed to them to become popular. If they are active and post great content then they have a decent shot on this platform. The longer they stay the bigger the following!

And the greater the chance that someone with some decent SP happens along and gives them a nice upvote.
The Whales and Orcas are around and they do upvote content...and not only for their friends. I have a few that come through periodically and will click some of my posts.
Some times you gotta hunt for whales and sometimes they come to you! All depends on your fishing level ;)
