And someone else would buy in their place. Those things balance out. The 13 week period isnt keeping anyone here. If they want to leave, they will leave regardless but those that might want in will be discouraged by the 13 week powerdown due to high volatility.

The lower powerdown time would do wonders for the volume, something we lack, and if im honest id move that to 1 week.
Exchanges have less interest in listing tokens with low volume because low volume means less money and more exchanges more often then not means much higher prices.
