True but one of the nice things to me is the diversity of content produced by so many different people living in all these different cultures around the globe. I doubt that too many people would want to relocate.

If you use the funds to pay for maintenance that benefits a small minority of people or to just meet some arbitrary rules dictated by society I think this could be detrimental to the system. But who is to say, maybe a chunk of land would be a great selling point for the promotion of Steem. :)

I can see problems happening over who gets the prime areas though. The whales would probably make all the dolphins take out the trash. ;)
