Yes, agree with you, it's been better these days. Many of the witnesses are upgrading their server into 64gb. One of them, that i've known, is also upgrading the rpc node server with 512gb. It's more like "mandatory" upgrade since steemit is growing so fast that the old spec couldn't keep up anymore. Now we all need bandwidth solution from steem dev since most noobs like us got hit by bandwidth almost everyday. :D
