30 days straight
When doing challenges such as this, it does not have to be every day but make it sure that it is consecutive posting. There are those I know that post once a week but their posts are quality posts. If you join contests, depending on the contests you are joining, you can still turn your entry into quality ones.

Yeah for sure, but for people who are unsure about content creation, I'm saying try to dedicate to 30 days in a row to really get with it
