Thank you so very much. Is there a place to go ask questions? Or do I just post my question to my blog?

Okay, I have a hard time wrapping my mind around blockchain. Can you explain it in terms where I can understand it? I also do not know how it is transparent? Like how do I find the transparency part of the network? Then also if my passwords for openledger got deleted (my husband hates cryptocurrency) how would I go about obtaining my bitshares and trailcoin or at least creating a new wallet? I know once passwords are gone the account is lost. But how can that account still be creating money without the owner having access? I do not know how to back up my wallets or keys for the site other than taking screenshots of them or saving them in notes on my iPhone. Is there better options? My husband keeps deleting my screenshots and notes that contain pass codes. Furthermore, I use my gmail account for everything I do in cryptocurrency and twice in the past two weeks someone from the Ukraine has tried to access my gmail using my current password even after I changed it after the initial attempt. I set up a pin code needed system for gmail where the text me a code. But does that mean my phone is hacked? I noticed sometimes when I am typing the words start and stop randomly without me or autocorrect doing it. Is this normal if my phone is hacked? If it is can they access all my information stored? I don't want my pictures and personal information given out or viewed by a random person from the Ukraine. Also, thank you! You do amazing work. And I appreciate it.
