I noticed something. Although some people maked comment because of upvote and without reading an article. But some times its exactly not true. I have noticed that in some post/blog dudes with low reputations were completely ingnored irrespective of how valuabe their comment were and sometimes these comments were more informative than the original post.
So i would like to change that probbaly create awarness in the community like you just did with the commenting, i would like that people should not be rate according to their reputation but according to their contribution. What if you look into this i don't know if it makes any sense, also am working on it.

The challenge with that is people with low reputation usually did something to deserve it like spamming. It is true that people can come back from it and, at times, people are given it unjustly.
But for the most part, people with low reps earned it.....
