I don't see a witness_node_data_dir after I extracted the blockchain.zip into the cli-tools folder. What am missing?

when you run
steemdfor the first time, it will create the folder structure. Then you can extractblockchain.zipintowitness_node_data_dir/blockchain/database/block_num_to_block.
