@ugetfunded, thanks for some good, straightforward advice.
This is such an important message to all new Steemians, and in fact to poor people who currently live on that $1 a day. Imagine how Steeming could change their lives...? I suspect you also tell many people about Steemit. I've told Uber drivers, hairdressers and teenagers as well as friends. Maybe 1% of them actually take the Steemit plunge. I'm optimistic that as the platform matures, especially once there's a good mobile app as well as the desktop app being out of beta, many more people will be attracted to it. A side benefit might be that people start reading and writing again - perhaps I shouldn't hope for TOO much...;-)
Hi @kiligirl, I'm also doing the same. Google, Facebook, YouTube and now Steemit all are phenomenal initiatives. I strongly believe that people can change their lives through Steemit and know some people who were going homeless but Steemit saved them. If you like, I can share the article with you. The person was Dolphin and if he keeps posting, soon he will be a WHALE.
Appreciate your support.
Would love to see it! 😊😊
