Looking through a tinted window, I LOVE the saying!

Community is a difficult word for so many people, I tend to reflect to our community as working in a big company

• You cant act as a hot shot on your first day
• You have to mingle at the coffee machine to get to know people
• Making a big fuss about something in general will not help you unless you use some good social skills on this
• You have to be as nice to the coffeelady as to the CEO, everybody is dependent on each other.
• If you steal other work to ease your own, people will dislike you and tell their boss
