Thanks for sharing your ideas on how to maximize your curation rewards. Why do you recommend not upvoting too early to Steemians with highly paid posts?

I'm pretty new to this platform, but I have seen that some people have a slider scale they can use for upvoting others. Where do you get that? It seems pretty neat to be able to determine how much you want to give.
