Does steem not have any moderators, or at least the plans for moderators? I moderate a sub on Reddit, and I can't tell you the amount of filth people try to post there. With out people able to physically cull through the slop, things get messy. Especially when a site gets as large as reddit. If Steem is to continue to grow it will definitely need good moderation.

Steem is decentralised. No mods.

SteemIT however is centralized and could add moderation

Users moderate by down voting crap to oblivion.

Doesn't work on reddit
