That means that the whales are losing their power little by little, obviously it is also due to the lowering of the steem, example previously I used @upme as a bot, always inverted 3 sdl and I returned 7.3 sdl in vote recently I used it again inverti 3 sdl and I only return 4.8 sdl in vote .. I had lost with the investment

Actually they are losing power because of the way the system is set up. It has nothing to do with the price of STEEM since that is listed in dollars and the power is set in MVests.
75% of the reward pool goes to authors. I simply maintain that the Whales cannot post enough content to keep pace, on a percentage basis, as more people come onto the platform. The amount of posts simply becomes overwhelming. Hence, the newer people take a greater percentage of the pie collectively.
This allows the smaller levels to grow at a greater rate (as a whole).
Now if I understand what you wanted to publish, it is better explained here, the more users enter the whales lose power
Exactly. It was easy for them to grow at a much faster pace when there were 800 daily users on here...now that there are 60K per day, it slows their growth down. When there are 500K daily users on here, it will be even more noticeable.
Of course, this is not pointing to individual accounts, just collectively. The Whales do not have as much influence when there are more people participating.
Every upvote your receive puts SP in your account.
And remember, all these numbers are based upon SP.
I understand ... although I never see whale publications, because there are many publications that are not interesting .. and because they do not take the trouble to read our comments ... they think of themselves, but they do not try to help to other minnows ..
