RE: [steem蟲:혜택] 봄과 스팀을 함께 2배로 즐기다. (enjoy Spring and Steem 2fold )

I don't understand what it means in this context. Would you explain this, please?

Oh, the subject in that sentence is simply omitted. I meant "I never noticed it".

When speaking to someone in a relatively informal way, you may omit the 'I', and sometimes even 'You'.

e.g. Can you say that more clearly? ( I ) Never could understand you when you mumble.
e.g. 2. (Are you) Going to work today? ( I ) Thought it was your day off.

'Next to the flag' is also very important.
I knew of that expression, but never tried to use it; always thought to say "after the flag".

By the way, I've changed my personal policy of voting: Not to wait for my steem power to recover in order to vote for something valuable.(이게 기존 폴리시인지 바뀌는 건지 잘 모르겠네요. 알려주시면 수정)

It was too brain-consuming and I may lose the chance of voting due to the 7-day limit.

So please understand that I will vote according to my own judgement within the given voting time,

(considering the probable number of things to vote and the power and recovery only at that voting time.)
괄호 안 부분은 개인적으로 정확한 의미 파악이 안 되니 일단 남겨둡니다.

I may not vote fully as before, though I appreciate fully.

My answer:
Yes, I understand. I think even when you can't give me a full vote every time due to various considerations, you will be quite conscientious about compensation, overall.

On another note, in my English Corrector post some people have voted very little because they are unable to vote any more. But, in order to make up for them, others have voted quite highly without asking me anything.

So I think, overall, I will be getting more or less what I put into such a posting. Maybe more, in time. (Though I chose not to answer those who did not vote at all.) I believe in the force moving a market. :)

Yep, in order to modify or correct something, I always have it copied first and work from there.
