First I have to say that there are so many users which I experienced to be very friendly and helpful, very knowledgeable, very creative and intelligent that whoever I name now I forget a lot of others whom I like a lot, too.
Nevertheless lets make a "little" list (you wrote one is "allowed" to name quite a few, right?):

• @afrog: very friendly guy with great writing skills who always is enthusiastic to solve my chess problems.
• @aishwarya: nice paintings and travel reports; very friendly person.
• @chrissysworld and @homeartpictures: because of their pictures of course. :)
• @hagbardceline: a very good friend living in my city. That he creates brilliant articles is out of question (he won the "Second SteemSTEM Writing Competition" for example).
• @jumaidafajar: very thoughtful, intelligent person, who always tries to find consensuses and make friendship possible between people of different cultures, religions, point of views ...
• @justtryme90: unbelievable how many high quality science articles within short periods he is writing. I wish him much luck to build a little science community within steemit.
• @kobold-djawa: my lovely wife ...
• @liliana.duarte: very friendly person. I share her interests for biology, ecology and protection of environment.
• @tangmo: very friendly and always commenting articles in a nice way: that's what our community needs!
• @thecryptofiend: he is one of the most supportive people I have met here, and in addition a very friendly and thoughtful person. Unbelievable how many high quality articles he is "producing".
• In addition I would like to thank the German community as a whole for the great support and help!
