Wow, this has me in the top 100 at 90. I didn't think I was that much of a visionary (sucker?). By my own calculations, I thought I put in less than that. I'd love to see the data you used to find this number for me. Great work and nice badges!

Edit: Are you also using the USD price of bitcoin at the moment of transfer for these calculations? If not, that would make them much more accurate.

I'm higher than I expected too. Also, I didn't realize I had put in that much USD. It does seem high, I'm thinking the calculation uses the current value of BTC?

I don't use the USD price of BTC at the moment of the transfer because I don't have it till now (ok I would need to implement the poloniex or bittrex API to get these prices). But if you move Steem out of Poloniex to your Steem-account, you bought the Steem before the transfer happend with a different price. Same happens if you sell, you move the Steem to an exchange, but you sell the coins later with a different price. As I can not look into the trading histories of the exchanges, I decided to interpolate the prices based on the EOD-prices before and after the transfers.

What is the difference between USD invested and USD deposited?

USD_invested = USD_deposited - USD_withdraw

The numbers for your account ...

You moved around 32000 USD worth of STEEM or SBD from an Exchange to your account @demotruk (=USD deposit), and you moved around 12000 USD from @demotruk back to an exchange (=USD withdraw). The difference between deposit and withdraw is the "investment", currenty around 20000 USD = (32000-12000)

Hmm you state my USD withdrawal at $75, Ive only ever withdrawn $12. Does that value also account for money I have sent others?

It's more likely my poor memory. I will have to look I to my bittrex history and figure it out. Regardless at least all of my steemit password information has been updated and hopefully I am currently secure.

I was not doubting at all! I usually don't forget such things, I remember the poloniex transaction as I was testing going to polo. I don't typically use bittrex. Guess I was playing around there too. Dunno! :D

The big question is which accounts in the list are sockpuppets of whales. If a whale moves STEEM or SBD to an exchange like poloniex/bittrex/blocktrades/changelly/etc and back from a exchange to a sockpuppet, than this transfer back from the exchange to the sockpuppet is counted as "investment" in the list above.

^^ Exactly why the list isn't longer. How do you know who is a sock-puppet and who isn't? Still, I hope your chat room idea is beneficial and I totally understand the investors want and need different things than the "bloggers". For the "Real" ones, it would be great to hear their direct feedback.
